As we all know, Canon Camera's are one of the worlds leading photography moguls, Recently I attended a Canon Ireland event at Dublin Zoo showcasing the new and current range of camera equipment and printers.
The idea of the day was to give each attendee two canon cameras ( point and shoot and a DSLR) and while been given a tour of Dublin Zoo and using the Canon Cameras we were to take photos of the animals in the Zoo.
The event was very well coordinated a great marketing tool by those at Canon Ireland as they invited people of the press and bloggers from around the country to attend the event.
We were given tips and tricks for using the Canon Cameras to our advantage. (which helped the clueless like myself)
After the event, the staff had me pretty much convinced to buy a Canon Camera ( personally being a Panasonic advocate)
Canon had all those attending Dublin Zoo that day talking about their brand, if it wasn't the girls dressed in red with their "Canon" lanyards floating around the park or the massive signs with "Canon" outside the building.
Very impressed by Canons efforts. The event was very enjoyable and very well run.
(They even let us print off our pictures for free)
Here are some of the pictures that were taken using the Canon sx50!
